Sorry for the lack of posts recently, I have been waiting for this post until we were 100% sure. We will be opening our doors this weekend for the first time. I will give that a second to sink in.

We recently joined the Lake Ontario Wine Trail, and this weekend is their first event of the year.  We wanted to participate in this event and as such will be bottling a small run of our vodka to sell this weekend.  Quantities will be limited for the time being, but you can come in and try some from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and from noon to 5pm on Sunday.

If you want to participate in the Wine Trail event, passports are $15 or two for $25.  Participation in the event is not mandatory to come to our distillery and try our products, but there are perks to doing the whole event.  For one, you will get to try some of our forthcoming Applejack that has been in bourbon barrels for the past 4 months.  It is still a young product (as it has to sit for 2 years) but it is already pretty tasty.  Beyond that, the rest of the Wine Trail will be offering samples of last years vintages and Young Sommer Winery will be offering the first taste of a collaboration that we started with them some months ago.

For more information on the event and the Wine Trail please visit the website at: http://www.lakeontariowinetrail.com/

Again, this is not our official/grand opening -- but for everyone that has been patiently waiting, you can join us this weekend and try some of the fruits of our labor (pun intended).
